Colella Gallery is the ONLY jeweler I trust in CNY. They are a small team of knowledgeable professionals with decades of expertise. We are a military family and we move often. I am wary to leave my most valuable pieces for cleaning with hoards of hourly employees at mall jewelers. I waited until we came home to Syracuse and used Colella Gallery to have my wedding rings cleaned, repolished and the prongs were tightened a few years ago over the holidays. They looked brand-new and we were SO impressed with their service and workmanship. My husband wanted to upgrade my ring and we waited until I was back in CNY, because Colella Gallery is the only place we trusted. My husband arranged for me to leave my rings with Colella Gallery before a cross-country move during COVID. I felt 1,000,000% comfortable leaving it with Mr. Colella and I wouldn’t do that anywhere else. He upgraded the center diamond, built a new head for it that matched my original and repolished it. I received a stunning anniversary gift a few weeks later sent insured by certified mail. Even better, his prices were so good that Mr. Colella and my husband kept the original diamond and turned it into a pendant necklace that I’ll cherish forever. This place was amazing. My ring broke a month before the wedding and every other jewelry store told me 3 to 4 weeks to fix which wasn't an option. I traveled 50mins to this shop and will do so every time something is wrong. He was informative, kind and understanding. The ring was fixed in 10 days and looks more amazing then when I first got it.
